Quite often in life we get so caught up in perfection and seeking perfection, that it sabotages us from moving forward. This is one of the many reasons why New Year’s Resolutions simply don’t work. Years can pass so quickly and you’re left with the same old feeling of not feeling good enough, worthy enough or “perfect enough”.
