that could be helpful last night there was this crazy storm in our town and i guess

the power went off from two to three or two to four and linda and nora are totally they're very

light sleepers so like if the ac shuts off if a a fan shuts off, they wake up. And I,

I had a nightmare and I woke up around the same time, around 220, but I didn't notice that

the air conditioning shut off. And I just went back to bed. And I haven't taken a sleep aid in like,

I don't know, like a week, maybe longer, maybe two weeks.

Maybe I'm two weeks without sleep aids.

And I find I'm dreaming as much and I'm sleeping a tiny bit less.

I do anticipate using sleep aids on our trip though.

And I don't know if it's because i'm stressed or because i woke up

in the middle of the night but i have that worst fucking kank in my neck or i can't turn my neck

used to get this all the time when i waited tables i used to have nora walk on my back i need

that massage gun i need i need to do something I need opiates. I need help.
