The 911 calls a lot of times are obviously the primary thing that gets police or other help on the way.

People call in and as you've heard on the show or anywhere else during 911 calls, the calls can be extreme.

The delivery of this information is key in quick response and hopeful closer to the incident.

Most calls for police or medics or fire department do come in via 911 or a non-emergency line
