On Saturday, a gunman killed at least 20 people and injured 26 at a Walmart in El Paso, Texas.

The city's authorities said they were seeking to bring hate crime charges. We are also treating this as a domestic terrorist

case. The statutory definition of domestic terrorism is 18 U.S.C. 233.1. This needs that it appears

Then on Sunday, another shooter killed nine people in Dayton, Ohio.
