But I wanted to talk to you about your experience of impacting the world because when we first

met, it was a kind of pivotal point for you. You'd been a Pilates teacher for many years, very successfully

And that was the moment when your work, you were starting to become an entrepreneur and self-employed.

There are so many different things you do, but before we go there, tell us a little bit about childhood for you and how you found dance or how dance found you?

Well, dance found me when I was a very young boy. I remember very clearly dancing around

the living room. I was thinking about this past weekend. We did a one-day workshop and I was thinking about where dance

entered my life or movement in general. So I was either dancing around the living room or I was doing Wonder Woman spins

around the room, just moving my body and moving energy from a very early age.

And it was my, it was my refuge.
