What's up friends welcome back to another episode of the Steve weather for show I'm going

to be so low today.

And the title of this podcast is the three ways to be a legacy leader.

And I feel like there's been a ton of my life that I have been consumed or focused on becoming

a better leader of myself, of the team that I'm on, of the organization or the group that

I'm in.

And in the last four years, and if you don't know my story, God really got a hold of me four

years and seven months ago, I'd never met the Holy Spirit.

To me it was just, you know, you go to a church, you read a bunch of black and white words,

you see a couple hymns, and then you go home, it was like a total religion to me, there

was no connection.

I felt a lot of shame and guilt when I went into the church, and then I had this radical

God moment at a men's conference called Emerge in Southern California.

And after that, God became real to me, all the questions that I had about was God good,

that was confirmed, and also it was confirmed that God operates outside of time.

And after that moment, I have been obsessed and I have been so focused on how can I lead

myself better?

And then how can I lead my family better?
