He's down here fighting a hurricane which is down here in Mexico.

It busted up. South Texas getting some much-needed rain still.

Teddy, you there? What's happening?

Yeah, no, just hanging out, waiting for the storm to pass.

Hey, man, how's the job going on over here?

Oh, it's going good. It's going good. I mean, short all the mud.

But everything's, you know, progressing nicely.

Now, what does this job be doing now?

Now, we have some neighbors over there. Understand folks, new listeners to the show.

I've got 21 hundred acres down here in South Texas. The Broken Skull Ranch.

Ted's doing some work on the neighboring ranch.

And they had a little outfit over there. And so you're kind of just expanding that and putting on another rumor too?

Yeah, put on two rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen.

You know, so they had two bedrooms already and, you know, cooking in the same place and going to the bathroom out in the brush.

So we tried to make it a little more civilized.

How many inches of rain we got down there since you've been down there trying to work?

And probably four or five?

How's the ranch looking as a green?

Yeah, it's real green. Real green and real wet.
