South Texas getting some much needed grain still. Teddy you there what's

happening? Yeah I know just hanging out waiting for the storm to pass

hey man how's the job going on over oh it's going good it's going good I mean

short all the mud but everything you know progressing nicely now what is this job you

now we have some neighbors over there

understand folks new listens to the show I've got 2,100 acres down in south

Texas the broken skull ranch teds doing some work on the neighboring ranch, and they had a little outfit over there,

and so you're kind of just expanding that and putting on another room or two?

Yeah, put on two rooms, a bathroom, in a kitchen, you know, so they had two bedrooms already and, you know, cooking in the same place and going to the bathroom out and brush, so we tried to make it a little more civilized.

How many inches of rain we got down there since you've been down there trying to work?

And probably four or five?

How's the ranch looking? Is it green? Yeah, it's real green.

Real green and real wet. You see any deer? No, no, nothing's come floating by.

They're still growing their horns.
