American Patriots and Heroes, I certainly believe. Monique, we have been wondering, is this legal?

We had an attorney on yesterday who said this was basically, and these are her words, criminal conspiracy

that is being carried out by the Attorney General of the United States, Todd Blanche, who is,

by the way, speaking on the Hill right now.

He is. And you know what? They, like everything else, they might get away with it,

temporarily at least. And that is the unfortunate part that I've had to talk about on your show any number of times when

you have corrupt people in places of power and they do things that people of good conscience

who actually care about helping the citizens of this country frankly would not even consider doing then we really find

out the full limits the the strain points of our constitution and of our governing body

and so what we have now and I agree with Liz Oyer who better to talk about it than a former

head of the pardon attorneys for our country

under the Biden administration and a little smidge of this current Trump administration,

calling it a criminal conspiracy, calling it self-dealing.

It's likely all of those things to sue an entity, the IRS that you control, and then to settle the entity

and in the settlement, you prop up another entity that you control. You're not supposed to be

controlling it, but you do, the Department of Justice, and to then use a fund, frankly, that's

supposed to be there in order to repair breaches in order to

help black farmers in order to help Native American farmers it was targeted

it is targeted as the place where they thought reparations for for black

Americans could come from because that judgment fund should have the ability to repair

...
