This, like all weeks of the Trump era, was filled with a thousand lies, a thousand depravities,

and a million idiocies.

Too many to count.

But there are three stories that stood out.

Let's review them as we come to the end of this week on Friday the 13th.

This is the warning.

Christy Noam is no more.

Her husband sitting behind her to show support in the end was not convincing

enough for Donald Trump, who fired her brutally and coldly. And now the knives are out. It's all over

for Christy Noam. There's no more Coast Guard Admiral's house to live in. There is no more motorcades to cut through the red lights in. There is no more airplane with a bedroom for her and Corey to shack up in. There is no more dress up. There are no more mass Gestapo to command.

There are no Americans left to smear.

Christy Noam is no more.

In fact, it reminded me of the quote that is often attributed to George Orwell that states,

people sleep peacefully in their beds at night

only because rough men stand ready to do violence on their behalf, which means you step up

in order to protect people and you do it in a way that other people often are never going to be

required to. Except for it's just beginning. Christy Noam is being exposed. Second by second,

minute by minute. What she's learning is the mag away. What she knows is there were a lot of knives

in the hand behind hers and Corey's backs. And now they're plunging forward.
