Two-thirds of his donors are already maxed out for the rest of the campaign. In layman's turns,

what this means is that the easy money has already been raised and the hard

money, the dollars high up in the tree yet to be gathered. And it gets harder and harder because

the ladders to get up in those trees have been withdrawn, withdrawn from billionaires like
