Joe Biden's poll numbers sagging and concerns about the economy and inflation on the rise.

And after almost 20 months of pandemic life made worse by the Delta variant, people are

just exhausted and pissed off.

It went the other way four years ago after Trump became president, Democrats won by

landslide in the 2017 Virginia governor's race and then again in the House in 2018.

That's just kind of how American public opinion works.

It waffles back and forth like your mom deciding between chicken or fish at a restaurant.

You know, as soon as the waiter takes your order and walks away, she's going to turn

to the rest of the table and say, I think I should have gotten the fish.

Then order the fish, but the chicken's supposed to be good here.

Then stick with the chicken.
