He worked at a station in Florida when I got to know him, and he was instrumental in helping us begin doing our first fundraisers at the station where I work in Baltimore.

Well, I got an email from Steve this week. He says, I had no idea you were doing this podcast and I have no idea how it ended up

on my phone and he took a walk and there's my voice it's like what and he email, and he downloaded the 90-day fitness chain tracker, and Steve.

Got an email from Diane this week, and Diane had a triple celebration. She had just completed a 90-day

fitness chain as number one. She had set a goal in April to walk 250,000 steps and she had

completed that, succeeded with that. Actually, one past 250,000 congratulations.

And since the beginning of the year, Diana's lost some weight. I believe it was 20 pounds.
