picture you can see the green unclassified banner at the top of this screen. Now, the Cypernet SIPR-N-E-T has a red border for classified

information systems identification, the DOD has a policy to allow

civil service to view new sites during breaks. Okay, then this individual says,

that indicates that you popularized a new story

within the last 48 hours.

I believe it was either the Dutch ascents video or the Hal Turner Chinese troops in Canada.
