Just ran a 5K yesterday with some of the towers here in New York. Who was that all about? It was a great experience. It was a very emotional experience. If anybody's ever run a 5K and especially the work we've been doing with Tundled the Towers, we did the tower climb in June. Everything is run by, it's just, it's such a good, it's such a good organization. Like I was saying, it's just emotional yesterday. So it's hard for me to talk about just the first mile and a half you're going through the tunnel, hot and humid, you come out of it, and it's one of the most beautiful sites I've seen, being a veteran, being who I am, and you have every bit of NYPD, FDNNY, all wearing banners, all raising flags of those that died

on 9-11 or post dealing with a lot of things that have come from 9-11.

And then it's just the Air Force, the Army, the Navy, the Marine Corps, cadets from friggin

West Point, just everywhere.

And it's something for me where I kind of said it to my wife,

where it's that pull out of Afghanistan was like a slap in the face

and a lot of service members.

And for me, that was a moment where I realized I could still see the patriotism

and what I fought for and what like brings my joy of my country and what

I love about my country and then seeing that it just it's just so beautiful yeah and sometimes

you got to get that reminder right especially as much as you did it's like this is why yeah this is

why it got done and I get yeah days like that must be very rewarding yes and it just even to do with my wife and then the work we've been doing with them, what they bring to veterans and to helping homeless veterans now, and then to also bring to first responders, and then paying off mortgages for people that are losing spouses in the FDNY and then NYPD. And it's just just such a good organization and it's so much fun to be a part of.

Yeah, yeah, because it really is interesting, especially in a lot of those fields that, like,

there are people who sacrifice so much and then on the other end of it don't have the help

that they need with very basic stuff.

And you go like, no, and you don't forget about the people that are home. Like, you have those loved ones that are dealing with having to lose somebody overseas onto an appointment or just that's giving that ultimate sacrifice for the country. And then even here at home, when you're losing a spouse, that's FDNY or NYPD or just anywhere across the board in the country, it just what now what's next and taking care of

those families is what tunnel the towers has been doing and it's just it's such a great thing it's

amazing i mean i feel like for you i well for i think everybody that serves the military is kind of a

forever i don't want to say fraternity because it's for men and women, but it's that bonding

thing that is forever. At the same time, pro wrestling is too. Like what you're in that thing?

That's very similar. And I relate the military to pro wrestling all the time, just because the camaraderie
