So right before the start of the holiday weekend, news coming in the Midnight Rider case, this was the really tragic train accident that took the life of 27-year-old Sarah Jones, an assistant camera woman, working on this Greg Alman biopic with William Hurt in the lead. And this accident happened several months ago, and there had been a big pause in which a lot of people were

wondering if there would be criminal proceedings because of the apparent negligence involved.
