Hi, how are you?

Good, good. So right before the start of the holiday weekend, news coming in the Midnight Rider case, this was the really tragic train accident that took the life of 27-year-old Sarah Jones, an assistant camera woman, working on this Greg Alman biopic with William Hurt in the lead. And this accident happened several months ago, and there had been a big pause in which a lot of people were

wondering if there would be criminal proceedings because of the apparent negligence involved.

And now we found out that finally, yes, there will be criminal action.

Yeah, the criminal charges here, which are involuntary manslaughter and criminal trespass

against the husband and wife team of Randall Miller and Jody Savin,

who are the producers and directors on the film, as well as the production manager, Jay Sedridge.

The criminal charges here against them really suggest that the district attorney believes that there is fault to be portioned here,

and the question is how it's going to be apportioned.

Yeah, I mean, there's a potential for jail time here. We're talking about 10 years as a possible sentence for the

involuntary manslaughter and another year on criminal trespass. The feeling was immediately in

Hollywood, after this happened, you know, what really went on here? Where was the permit to shoot
