His Michigan Wolverines, man, he's been raving about them for a lot of years.

And finally, his team has won a national championship when Michigan won the college football

playoff back in January.

So we're going to talk to him about that, of course. And he's got this new book. It's called

Grieve, Breathe, and Receive. It released back in May of 2024. And it's a powerful book. And I think

it can be really helpful for all of us when we're going through

seasons of life that aren't always the best to grieve, to breathe, and to receive.
