Morning, everybody, welcome to your free podcast for today. Last day of November 30th, it's Thursday, and it's all kicking off in the jungle.

Do you know, I've suddenly come to realize, well actually, I haven't suddenly come to realize that if you want to get on nowadays, you've got to have history.

And history involves, you know, all sorts of stories about your private life, which you wouldn't

normally share with somebody. So, first of all, we get Rebecca Vardy talking about being abused,

which she's already done, she's already done the story of the newspaper. Now she does it in the jungle.

Then she talks about trying to commit suicide. Then you get Ian Lee, she's already done the story of the newspaper, now she does it in the jungle, then she talks

about trying to commit suicide, then you get Ian Lee, who's also talked about trying to commit

suicide, and I'm beginning to wonder, these people need some help. They shouldn't be on television

program. This is not the place to air problems that you've got. These are mental health issues.

You need to go back and

see somebody who can help you with it. But this is what seems to, it's almost like the

newspapers are sort of saying, oh, so what's actually in your life? Well, nothing actually.

I had a fairly normal upbringing. You know, my parents loved me. I went to school. I wasn't

particularly brilliant at school, but you know, that didn't affect me. And I've lost my job once, been made redundant once, and I've just got on with it. And then there are other people who insist on telling you everything about their life. It's, you know, it's one of those things in this day and age. You've got to have history. I'm a bit, I'm sorry, actually. I'm a bit boring. I don't have history or anything

that I can complain about. My parents were both lovely. My family's lovely. My godchildren are lovely.

I mean, I'm not saying it's a perfect world, but when you watch these people on the television,

you're so glad you don't want anything to do with them. I seriously don't want to sit down and listen to somebody, you know, talking about their life and what's happened. I'm not interested. I'm really not.

If there's a problem, then you go to the proper authorities or failing that, you go and seek some

medical help because it seems to be on a daily basis now. And once they all get into it,

apparently, in the jungle, they've got qualified medics. And then, then they went,

Amir Khan has got a special chef out there because he's Muslim. And I thought, okay, so he only eats,
