Morning, everybody. Welcome along to your free podcast for today.

After we've had Monday and the terrible weather, now we have Tuesday,

with the not quite as bad weather as it was the other day.

And again, a day where I can be lazy.

I've decided I'm going to be lazy this week,

because tomorrow we have two interviews for in conversation.

I've discovered there's no point complaining about it. Because a friend of mine said, he said, I wish you'd stop complaining

about how many interviews you've got. You get paid. I said, I know. I know. But, you know, when

you wake up at one in the morning. And last night, I woke up really early. I woke up at 10 o'clock

last night, which meant that I'm sort of three hours ahead of when I should have been, so I sort of sat in front of the television, then lay in front of the television on the settee, thinking, oh, it'd be quite nice to go to sleep, but the programme was so engrossing that I tended to just sort of lie there watching it. Eventually fell asleep at about 12 o'clock, so only got about 45 minutes, but it doesn't matter, does it?

It doesn't matter. So today I shall sleep again, and as I wander through the sort of

the celebrity names in the frames for today, I see that we have some usual suspects. First of all,

Chanel Hayes. Now, you'll have to refresh your memory on who she is. She was in Big Brother about

five million years ago. She's the one, she went out with somebody called Ziggy Lickman, I think.

What he does, I've got no idea. Could have disappeared completely off the planet. And all of a sudden,
