1:12.1	Should you take an AI, that means anti-estrogen tablet, if you don't experience any estrogen side effects?
1:20.8	Well, some people don't aromatize much, which aromatize means there's an enzyme in your blood produced by your
1:29.0	fat cells called the aromatase enzyme.
1:31.3	And what the aromatase enzyme does is it interacts with testosterone and other male hormones
1:39.1	and transforms those hormones into estrogen, okay?
1:44.5	So an aromatase inhibitor tablet inhibits that aromatase enzyme that transforms testosterone
1:52.5	and other male hormones into estrogen.
1:54.9	So if you don't have the aromatase enzyme, then you can't produce estrogen.
1:59.7	So that's why people take aromatase inhibitors, and another name for them is anti-estrogen
2:06.6	tablets.
2:07.4	And for example, those are things like arimodex, latrazol, exomestine, aromason.
