I'm a bit late on this morning, guys, I apologize. I've had there, you know, I'm a father of three.

We got back from Malta yesterday and we flew from Leeds and it was all that sort of journey back in the travel we woke up in Malta and ended up back in Newcastle but the little one was a bit ill through the night so I've had one of them evenings which is not ideal preparation when you want to have a full-blooded action-packed energetic podcast the following day so I apologize I was a bit late
