Well, welcome today to week number two of a series that we've called Out of the Cave based off of a book that

we're releasing this month. And this month is Mental Health Awareness Month. And that's why

the publisher actually wanted to release it in this month. And we think it's going to help a lot

of people and very, very excited about it. Before I kind of get into the topic of depression,

before I brighten your day with the topic of depression today, everybody,

I'd like to just remind you what God has to say about you

and how he feels about you, that it's the thief

that comes to steal, kill, and destroy,

but Jesus has come that you might have life

and have it to the full.

Never mistake that.

Understand that God is not a God who wants to

help you to cope through things. He wants you to know God, find freedom, discover purpose,

and make a difference. And if you believe that and you think he's an awesome God, one more

time put your hands together. Come on to give him some praise today. Yeah. All right. It's very important to remember, but it was about three

years ago when there was what I would call a rash of pastoral suicides. Three guys. I didn't know
