It sounds like you have to be such the bigger person as the you sound like the the conductor of the family and of the broken relationship.

Well, and I think and in some stepmums really struggle when I say why do I always have to be the bigger person?

And my answer is like aren't you though? Like don't you want to be the bigger person? Like is that not the type of person you want to be?

Oh, I like that.

You know, like why do I always have to be though? Okay. Well, who do you want to be? Like who do you want to show up as?

way back when because when we had teenagers we felt way over our head and like no one was talking about it toddlers and the younger ones.

No, it's funny because some people have been like, hey, can you have an expert in on step parent and being step parents? I'm like, that's a great idea.

I don't know what I call myself. I just in here sharing my stuff and sharing what works for me. I got some a step on coach.

I mean, thank goodness for you because I just feel like so many so many parents have to go through it without have not feeling that they have a community and dealing with it all on their own.

Yeah, for sure. And that's why this whole thing started right like I realized there was this whole section of motherhood that was being left out like moms are encouraged to keep it real do all the things.

You know, talk about the struggles and then a step mom does the same thing and they're met with so much judgment. And while you knew what you were signing up for when you married someone with kids, which you know, no one says that to a new mom.

So a new mom has this newborn baby in the babies crying all the time or maybe babies call a year they're struggling with things. What would they get met with when they talk about the struggles tips advice, compassion,

the village comes in everyone helps. Like no one says, well, you knew that the baby was going to cry when you got pregnant like they don't say that stuff.
