Summary

There is a whole section of motherhood that has been left out. Your family in a blended family is not going to act like a first family. Stepfamily life can make you crazy if you want it to. A stepmom does the same thing as a mom but suffers so much judgement. A new mom gets met with tips, advice, compassion, and the village. There are many stepparents who have to go through this without feeling like they have a community. It is a double standard. Jamie Scrimgeour is wife, stepmom/mom to four kids ranging in age from 8-20 When she first became a stepmom, she quickly realized that she was in over her head. Disappointed in the type of support available for stepmoms, she decided to create the type of support she was looking for. Now, as a top charting podcast host, digital creator and Life Coach with a Specialization in Stepfamily Dynamics, Jamie has become the internet's go to for stepmom support.
