1:14.7	And if you get enough people to sign your petition, then the White House is supposed to respond.
1:21.3	The limit used to be 5,000 where you had to get 5,000 signatures.
1:25.3	And luckily for the petition people, it doesn't have to be someone in the country, which is interesting because it's our country.
1:33.7	And otherwise, the French, for example, we could have some sort of revolution, the Asians, because there's a lot of those guys out there.
