Hey guys, it's Stephanie.

0:07.1

I'm Trey.

0:07.7

This is your weekly dose of BS.

0:09.6

So I never listened to podcasts because they just bore me.

0:13.6

As we're recording one, you asshole.

0:15.4

Yeah, I never listen to this.

0:16.5

But please listen to ours, okay?

0:17.8

Yeah, so if you listen to this, God bless you.

0:19.7

But I listened to one the other day, and it was fascinating. It was called, I think it's called Sorry We're Cyrus and it's Miley Cyrus. And it's Miley Cyrus's mom and sister. And they had Miley on. And oh my gosh, it was, you need to listen to it. It was. she is so intelligent and so about her business.

0:41.0

Like, it was actually very impressive to hear just the way that she thinks and she,

0:46.4

she does not play around.

0:48.2

Oh, like, in what, like, give me, give us, like, three takeaways.

0:51.1

She was kind of going through, like, you know, she started working when she was, like, 12 years old. But she was kind of going through like you know obviously she started working

0:54.7

when she was like 12 years old um but she was talking about like how she's able to balance such a

1:03.9

chaotic schedule and she was like I literally in my calendar will like build in like moments for joy

1:09.4

and she's like I will block off like six hours once a week in my calendar and it's like a moment for joy and she's like that's when I just do whatever I want to do because she's like when I'm in New York there's no moment for joy if I just paid $60,000 for my team to fly to Paris to do promo stuff that's not a moment for joy that's a moment to like move the needle not not be having fun. So she was like, I build in those moments for myself. And she was just talking just about her, just the literal business that she has created. It was very, very fascinating. So if you're looking for a good podcast, besides this one, this episode was really good. That's so, I like that idea. Like creating those moments, I think sometimes life gets really, really crazy. And then you just feel like, oh, I'm too tired. There's too much going on. And you don't really have as much fun. Believe it or not this year. I've had so much fun this year. And you know I'm one that doesn't really like to go out or do much, right? But I went on vacation. I was not really worried about much. I had the best time with my husband. Like we had so much fun. It was like we were kids again. I was dancing. I went to the bar last weekend. This shock me. I woke up to a video from a friend. And it's a video of Stephanie taking a jello shot and flipping me off. And I was like, what was she doing out so late? It was just, we went to dinner with, Travis I went to dinner with another couple. And then it was just so much fun. And then I was like, hey, do you want to? Oh, you're in your fun girl era. I am in my fun girl era, but I'm like a little too late. And I was like, do you want to go out?

2:36.2

And he said, okay, yeah. Do you want to? Oh, you're in your fun girl era. I am in my fun girl era, but I'm like a little too late.

2:34.6

And I was like, do you want to go out? And he said, okay, yeah. And those words never. Yeah, I'm never. Yeah. So we went out and then we're going to like, we're barely home this summer. But I feel like I'm in my like, okay, let's do it era. Maybe it's because we have been doing therapy this year with like this really

2:53.8

amazing guy therapist, and I feel like it's really helped me.

2:58.0

I'm also reading this really, really good book for all my married people.

3:02.7

And because we've been married 17.
