We're back covering the Stefan Stern's case because there was a couple of rulings or one major ruling.

And that has to do with his SA trial that is coming up this very month in July.

And the judge has ruled that all evidence on Stefan Stearns' phone, the one that he said,

I think they should have gotten a warrant, he gave the police specifically Detective

Myra Tagler permission to go through his phone and the judge

disagreed that a search warrant was necessary and he ruled in favor of the prosecution so both

Stefan Stearns's cell phone will be allowed as evidence and his Google Drive,

which includes all of the images, will be allowed during Stern's trial.

So the judge ruled no search warrant necessary.

That is a huge, huge ruling.

So Stearns, as we know, has been charged with 60 counts of SA, as well as first-degree murder in the death of Madeline Soto.

Both cases are being tried separately.

Stearns, as we recall, was the boyfriend of Maddie Soto's mother, Jennifer, and lived in the same household with them.

And Maddoe's body was found on March 1st, 24, 5 days after she was reported missing.

So Florida prosecutors will be allowed to use Stefan Stern's cell phone and Google Drive

and the alleged photos and videos found on each as evidence at his upcoming trial in Osceola County.

The judge has ruled.

Both the state and defense attended his status hearing on Wednesday and both seemed unaware that the judge had previously ruled on the defense motion to try

and suppress the evidence from the trial against Stearns is charged with first-degree murder and the

disappearance of death of 13-year-old Madeline Soto and also 60 counts of essay which the trial will

begin in this month, actually this month.
