Folks, we're back revisiting the Stefan Stern's case.

And many happenings from the legal parameters in this case, from his attorneys of filing many briefs to do with his case as obviously the first case is going to begin on May 5th. That's the S.A. case,

and I don't want to spell it out. But that is the first case. Now, Stearns does not want

that case open to the public, even for the hearings.

So his attorneys have filed briefs with the judge.

And so far, the judge has denied all of those briefs.

A judge denied Stefan Stern's motion to close his pre-trial hearings in his SA case, ruling that closure is not necessary to ensure a fair trial.

Stern's defense argued that widespread media coverage, including social media content,

could impact his ability to receive an impartial trial.

The public and members of the press will be allowed in Stefan Stern's pretrial hearings, according to new documents

from the Osceola County Clerk of the courts.

The court finds that the court finds that closure is not necessary.

The judge who heard from the state prosecutor in Stern's defense attorney

during a court hearing last week as denied Stern's motion to close the three

pretrial hearings in his SA case.

The court finds that closure is not necessary to prevent a serious and imminent threat to the

administration of justice according to the judge's ruling. The ruling comes after the hearing

held on March 20, 2025 in regards to the motion filed by Sterns.
