Summary
16-year-old Timothy Hudson first became a suspect in his stepsister's murder when surveillance footage placed him using the exact trash can where the teen girl's phone was later recovered--smashed to pieces. Two weeks after moving to a new Florida neighborhood, a 50-year-old woman is mauled to death by two dogs the owner knew were dangerous and prone to escape. Sydney Silvagni reports.
