So his specialty is buying small businesses where each business replaces six figures of cash flow. So that is his

job. Imagine the possibility of having one acquisition to replace your entire job. And that's take

home. That is our call tomorrow within Action Academy. So that would be super fun from my Action Academy

fam on here. I will see y'all there, Mason, as well. In the meantime, there are some of you that

are, you know, maybe a couple rental properties deep. There are some of you that may be 10 rental

because Mason is a wonderful example of going from quite literally not zero to 100, but he did go

from zero to 36, I believe five months and 27 days, how long it took him from having a primary

residence and not knowing anything about real estate investing

to learning about what's a broker, how do I contact them, to closing on two different

properties in two different states on the same day for his first official real estate investment

transaction. And since that point, I flew him and his wife out to Cabo with us.

And then we were able to celebrate together.
