Sam, take me back to late May 2020.

The Buffalo Bills have this newly acquired weapon in Stefan Diggs,

who's arrived at this field in Miami.

Who does he see?

Well, Pablo, he sees basically all of his new teammates on the Buffalo Bills.

Sam Borden is a global sports correspondent for ESPN,

and his profile on Bill's wide receiver, Stefan Diggs, is the latest ESPN cover story.

He sees Josh Allen, he sees Cole Beasley, he sees Devin Singletary, he sees Dawson Knox.

He is the new kid with the Buffalo Bills, and he's excited to get to know the guys that he's going to be playing with.

And what's going through the new kid's head at this moment? You know, I think a little bit of insecurity, right? Like we would all have in that situation. He wants to fit in and he doesn't know exactly what

these guys think of him. He doesn't know what they know about his leaving Minnesota. He doesn't

know what they think of his personality or what they've seen from him on social media. All he

knows for sure is that they know he was brought in to make their offense

a lot better. And what happens next? They are going through an informal workout in Florida during the

pandemic. There's no OTAs. There's no mini-camps. So this is just a bunch of guys all getting

together trying to throw the football around.

And Diggs, like the new kid, wants to lay back.
