But before we do that, I wanted to discuss something that I saw that I've seen people talk about sometimes that I think people misunderstand. And it's about the quote unquote

Steelers way.

What is the Steelers way? People say it's winning Super Bowls. They should be competing for Super. They should be in the Super Bowl every single year. They should be in the Super Bowl. That's the Steelers way. No, it's not. That is, if it was simply that, then everybody could achieve the Steelers way. I think that this has been one of the biggest myths as far as what the Steelers, you know, should be.

It shouldn't be looking at the end results.

It should be looking at the process because there is a process for the Steelers to have to be, when they are at their best historically, not just in a year, not just, you know, once in a while,

but like when you look at the great Steelers teams, the best eras of Steelers football, even when they

didn't win a Super Bowl in said era, it was built in a very specific way that it's still what I think

the Steelers are trying to do now, despite the changes in the NFL.

And the Steelers way versus the current versions of the NFL, I think is something interesting to talk about.

Now, what I see is the Steelers way.

It's not just winning.

It's not just gritty defense.

It's the way that the front office has built the great Steelers teams. And it's the natural drafting, developing, and growing guys into their
