But big news, Miles Garrett is officially out of the AFC North.

He heads to the Los Angeles Rams.

I'm going to talk about that on today's show.

We're also going to talk about the Steelers' physicality.

They still have that as their calling card with the direction that they're headed with Mike McCarthy.

And to talk about all of that with me, it's the man himself, Alan Sonders from Steelersnow.com. Alan, we're going to get our Miles Garrett thoughts out in a bit. But one thing I wanted to address with this Steelers team, because I've seen some people wonder about this and consider this because the Steelers are going to a West Coast offense. It's going to be a lot more passing and a lot more, you know, design passing. And it's a new offensive head coach and different things here and there. And so some people are wondering, are the Steelers, you know, for pretty much you and me's entire lives. And before that, the generations before that, the Steelers calling card was they're physical. They're tough, they're mean, they're nasty, their blue collar.

They don't subscribe to these fancy pants, like quick passing, get it out, just make

that the best part of your team, even if their defense wasn't so great.
