Chris Carter of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, hosts the Locked on Steelers podcast, with a bonus episode. The Pittsburgh Steelers offense had been losing more reps against the defense lately in training camp, but changed that tone with two very good practices Friday and Saturday. Kenny Pickett looked on-time with his passes and led the offense to back-to-back seven shots wins for the first time this season. That was also followed by the likes of George Pickens, Diontae Johnson, Pat Freiermuth, Najee Harris and Allen Robinson all making big plays against the defense. Also, the offensive line is looking sharper for the Steelers. But it's also doing so specifically when Isaac Seumalo practices. When he doesn't they struggle more often than not. But when Seumalo is in, everyone looks that much better for it. Could he be the anchor the offensive line needs to be a much better unit in 2023? 1:17.8	First, let me say, as you recall, I kind of called out the offense a little bit on the Friday episode, which we recorded on Thursday and said they hadn't looked at the good last few days.

1:29.3	And they responded to that by winning back to back seven shots Saturday or
1:34.1	Friday and Saturday before the Sunday practice.
