Summary

Chris Carter of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, hosts the Locked on Steelers podcast, and is joined by former Pittsburgh Steelers Hall of Fame guard Alan Faneca. Hall of Fame former Pittsburgh Steelers guard Alan Faneca visited the Locked on Steelers podcast to talk about his campaign to raise awareness about epilepsy with the Steps Toward Zero campaign. But he also took some time to talk about what he, Jerome Bettis and the Steelers offense did to grow into a powerful unit under Bill Cowher that eventually won a Super Bowl with Ben Roethlisberger. Faneca discusses the hard times the Steelers faced, and how they helped turn them into a better team when they finished their rebuild in the early 2000s. He also offers his insight on Kenny Pickett, Najee Harris and the current young Steelers offense that's trying to make the same jump.
