We did get an update on the Derek Harmon situation, whereas we did think it was a good sign that Mike Thomas said it was a knee sprain after the game.

We got to confirm it's an MCL knee sprain, which means right now the Steelers have the choice between debating to put them on a short-term IR after the roster sets on Tuesday, which would keep him out for four weeks, maybe have him back by week two, or just play it week to week. Well, as I noted in my report for the Pittsburgh Post-Cad, Mikelin said that Derek Harmon is week to week. He gave no indication in either direction of whether Derek Harmon would go on injured reserve. But our colleague, Jerry Dulac at the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, reported himself that Derrick Carmen, the Steelers do not expect to put Derek Carmen on injured reserve. They think that the most he'd be held out for is week one.

Now, we'll see how that plays out.

The only time we'll tell with injuries, they're always tricky,

but you got to just trush what the doctors say and go with what they're saying there.

But when you talk to Derek Harmon, he seemed very adamant that he was relieved about the situation because he

did think that he was in danger of suffering a major injury. Now, it wasn't initially,
