He's still not a starter at left tackle, but he's making headway in the position battle with Dan Moore Jr. There was a specific step Jones took Wednesday that was important in his journey to become a starter, and Chris Carter explains how he took on that challenge. Also, Kenny Pickett's training camp has gone well, and there's a specific throw he's gotten better at with all his receivers. Pickett's continued to grow in his back-shoulder throw with all his targets from Diontae Johnson to George Pickens, Pat Freiermuth, Najee Harris and even Connor Heyward. If he continues his progress in accuracy and reading defenses, he will be well on his way to being the franchise quarterback the Steelers need.
