Here we are once again great to have you with me what a season this has been coming to the end of it now we've covered a lot of ground we've talked about setting goals to establishing daily actions

from robust reviews to using leverage. I think we've covered more ground on behavioral finance than we have in the past and last week we had the

inimitable the escape artist Barney White offering his take on the long journey to

F. I want to kind of summarize things really with an emphasis on staying the course

over the long term before we end the season next week with the now traditional

Q&A session.

Okay, so that's where we're going today, just a bit of a roundup,

but particularly about staying the course.
