Hey everybody, I'm excited to be recording the 32nd episode of the All Things Fishing podcast this week.

And this week's episode is going to be maybe a bit boring, but important.

It's about staying safe on the water.

So before I start the show, a couple of weeks ago, I got a telescopic rod.

I was going to do a review on it.

Turns out it was not the greatest quality, did not like it very much.

Within a few uses, it had already broken.

It's from a company that I'm going to try to pronounce.

I'm going to try to pronounce this company, but Sao Gay Yang is how I've heard it.

In some YouTube videos, or one YouTube video I searched.

But yeah, it was a Sao Gay Yang telescopic rod and real combo. It was not the greatest, not

very good quality. Um, I mean, it was from Amazon, so I'm not sure really what I expected,

but, um, yeah, so I will be, um, I'll be continuing the search for a good telescopic rod.

Um, it was 45 bucks on Amazon and if you're not going to be

using it a ton, probably a good purchase. But yeah, so it did not end up the best for me because I would

have been using it a lot if I had not returned it and it was just not good enough quality for

the amount I was going to be using it for.
