Aliost. It is a joy and honor to be here with you guys today. Happy Friday, everybody. We have our

Christ. Yes, we do. Oh, thank you, Lord. We have our Christ and we have our coffee on ice today.

A little less ASAMari today because the ice is melted, but we're here. We're

ready to have a good day. We are ready to spend time with the Lord. We're ready to maybe even be

convicted. We're ready to better ourselves. We're ready to become better versions of ourselves.

Every day, right? Thank you, Lord, that your mercies are new every day. And we have the opportunity

to be better today. There's fresh hope.

There's fresh hope available for all of us right now. Okay, something that I would love to talk about

today is the importance of consistency and showing up every day. And I think that this could also be

deeply rooted in just staying on fire for the Lord. We kind of did an episode a while back. And I think we had titled it, like, I don't want to be lukewarm anymore, kind of talking about how to become on fire. But then it's like, okay, so how do we stay on fire for God? And I bring this up because I feel that a lot of you guys actually on my socials, I'll keep seeing, like, highlighted to me as I'm, you know, kind of scrolling through things and whatever, DMs or comments or whatever. And it's like, how do I stay on fire for the Lord? And I think that that can be a real fear, not to encourage anyone into fear. I just say that from a place of compassion. I think for a lot of us, like, it could be a bit of a

fear of like, well, I just want to make sure that I can stay in this place of being on fire for the Lord all the time. Yeah, I think it'd be good for us to talk about that. It's like, okay, we've been lit on fire. We know what it's like to be on fire for the Lord. Great. That's awesome. But then how do we stay there because I think the scariest thing is like backsliding or falling back in any way.

I know for sure I don't ever want to get to that place in my life. I would love to stay on fire for Jesus every day forever. And that is a deep prayer in my heart with Jesus. I'm like, at the end of the day, God, I know that I am so human. And I know that it would be tempting for me to even choose other

things. I think also recognizing that we are just no more resilient, I guess, or we're just not off

limits, right? Like we see it happen in the church all the time where it's like people will be on fire

so like bold and sold out for Jesus. And then all of a sudden something happens and they're not.

There could even be people in your life where you're like, no, I actually had a really good friend

who was so on fire, so sold out. And then all of a sudden they just weren't anymore. And like,

I don't understand that. And that can be terrifying. As a Christian, seeing that, when I say like,

we aren't off limits to that, it's, again, it's not to ignite any fear, but it's just recognizing that that could truly happen to any of us, you know? And so what do we do to make sure that that doesn't happen? How do we stay on fire for Jesus? And I think the biggest word that comes to my mind is consistency and also self-discipline, which is like hard for a lot of us. And I believe that

self-control, I mean, it is a fruit of the spirit. It is something that we can only get from the

Holy Spirit. And I think making sure that we are constantly every day connected to the vine,
