Geord-Cold. This week I'm joined by Heather Steele, Lou Huff and

Georgie Ne Breski. Good morning ladies. Hello. Hi. It's hot this

morning. I'm sitting in my spare room which hasn't got a fan and I was like should I bring the

fan in and then I thought that I get in trouble for the noise from Maria one of our

editors with a window shot is absolutely boiling ahead that you're nodding.

Yeah, it's hot.

It's all right today probably because it's still quite early but yeah it's been very humid

all weekend. I mean I'm not surprised there are a thunderstorm

sort of forecast because it does feel like it's going to break at some stage it's very

hot it's getting further and further away though isn't it it was going to be like

Monday Tuesday and now it's not

I want to break on Thursday so yeah you're looking quite warm this morning you're

glowing I'm in Bristol today and it's actually not that hot here we spent the weekend in Cornwall and was actually

very happy with the 22 degree forecast so yeah it wasn't quite so hot and muggy as I know it was in

London and so I'm feeling pretty

shaft. As my dad always says he's like we're never bloody happy and

raining so let's just accept it. I think I've said this before but as you know we've recently we've

done our house and we've put a fan thanks to my girlfriend like I've said on the

ceiling and she was the one who made me do it and oh my God last night I'm so grateful for it so if

anyone is doing any work to their house in the next whenever put a fan on your

ceiling get away fair they're really not very expensive, but God, they make all the difference.
