walking for fitness since 2013, averaging about 21,000 steps a day. I am walking right now and would

happened the other night. Abe and I were out for our early evening walk, and we walked into town, and there's a large lake with a walking path around the lake that's a little more than a mile long.

We're enjoying the beautiful early summer evening,

walking and talking and noticed a young family that was nearby, also on the path.

And part of the family was a young boy, probably about four years old.

And he was on a little bike with training wheels, and he was having fun, and we were having fun watching him.

And I continued walking along, and this little boy goes riding riding past us and he's starting to pick up speed.

And he's getting further and further away from his mom and older sister.

And we can hear them behind us yelling,

slow down, stop, wait for us.

And the little boy either didn't hear or chose to ignore and just kept on going, picking up speed.

They shouted one more time and he turned his head around to the right.

And you know what happens when you're walking, riding a bike, even driving,

if you turn your head without thinking about it, sometimes you subtly move in that direction.

Sure enough, he turned his head to the right and his bike

moved to the right off of the path,

hit the grassy embankment that had a drop of maybe four feet,
