There is something in my life that brings me such joy that I think a lot of us stop doing,

especially after a certain age because we think, oh, education's over. I kind of know what I need to know. Right, it's so easy for us to stop learning new things.

And I don't mean take up all these hobbies that sound good but that you don't care about or committing to something just because hey you should be stretching your brain

No, no, no, no, no, right? It has to feel naturally exciting naturally curious. It has to feel naturally exciting, naturally curious. It has to connect with you in some way that's

going to make you want to follow through. So I've got a couple of just quick easy examples

She's so good. I'm on her email list and just

last week she released a brand new email writing class. On my email list you'll see

that I send emails often and I want to add loads of value

and have them just be so awesome so she was hosting a class on you know how to write

really good emails and I signed up for it right I signed up I paid and I'm like yes I

always want to be getting better my emails were form well I'm very very happy

about that I feel tremendous gratitude all the time

for having courses, having an email list, having all the things set up on the back end which

allows my business to run. But have I stopped there?

Am I at the top of my game?

Do I know enough now to just kind of rest on my laurels

and be like, well, I'm doing great,
