0:35.0	relevant to who will be the next president. The former president's legal troubles are,
0:39.5	of course, seemingly never ending. He's facing four criminal indictments and four criminal
0:44.8	trials over the next year or so. But two other major cases are taking place right now
0:49.7	that have gotten less attention, but are very important. One is in Colorado. In this case,
0:55.9	the plaintiffs seek to remove Donald Trump from the 2024 ballot all together from one
1:01.3	of the critical swing states. Imagine it. If they prevailed and they got him off the ballot
1:06.9	in Colorado, presuming he, presuming he gets the Republican nomination. This is based
1:11.6	on that 14th Amendment argument that we've raised with you before. We've discussed it
1:15.3	with Professor Derserwitz and others. But it's now on trial. It's being tried in front
1:20.3	of a judge out in Colorado. We'll take a look at it over here closer to home in New
1:24.8	York State. Attorney General Letitia James is civil fraud case against Trump and his
1:30.8	family business continues today with Donald Trump, Jr. expected to take the stand today.
1:36.7	Eric Trump, I supposed to take the stand later this week. And Donald Trump senior is also
1:41.9	expected. And there is also news in the Georgia Fanny Willis case in the DC judge Chetkin
1:48.4	case and more. So there's a lot going on. We've, we've not been paying as close attention
