San Francisco 49ers. It was the players turn to meet the media yesterday, and there were some

interesting things that came out of that availability. Lucky for you, we listen to all of them,

so you don't have to. First up, Richard Sherman, her reiterated his claim that he won't be back

with the 49ers next year.

If there's some miracle that happens, then sure, there's an opening, but there's 40 free agents,

and they'll probably have 30 million or less in cap. And, you know, they've got to bring back

Trent who costs over $20 million. They have to pay Fred who costs $18 million plus a year.

So, I mean, anybody who knows the

situation understands that. Richard Sherman was a better signing for the 49ers than I ever thought

he could be. When they signed him three years ago, he was an aging player coming off a torn

Achilles that I thought was going to be a complete disaster.
