with your San Francisco 49ers. As we've done so many times on a Thursday on this show, here is the

list of people who didn't practice yesterday. Debo Samuel, Richie James, Jeff Wilson, Kwan

Alexander, Jaquistie Tart, and Jimmy Ward, all didn't practice. But hey,

at least there weren't any additions to the list we didn't know about. On the flip side for Seattle,

there was no Jamal Adams, no Chris Carson, no Quentin, no Quentin, no Quentin,

this just in? Football is hard. Unfortunately for Niners fans, Russell Wilson did practice yesterday, and if San Francisco is going to have any hope in this game, they're going to have to slow down the MVP pace that he's been on this season.

Fred Warner was asked how to do that yesterday.
