| 1:12.9 | has since worked with both Sean Thomas and Willie V.C. Marissa Bluestine has been with the |
| 1:17.3 | Pennsylvania Innocence Project since its inception in April 2009, beginning as the project's legal |

| 1:38.9 | It's under seal because the DA is also subjected basically because the Marissa Bluestine actually |
| 1:46.0 | found the evidence and she provided it to the people who were representing |
| 1:50.7 | only V.C. and one other person and they're basically what we consider to be Brady violations that we |
| 1:56.0 | can't discuss. And the DA is also subjected to finding these the way that we did, which is the |
| 2:03.1 | result of a federal civil suit. And they don't believe that these should be used in state court and |
| 2:08.7 | they're trying to prevent us from doing so by filing under seal and calling them confidential. |
| 2:13.7 | So we're waiting for the judges ruling on whether these items are fact confidential and we can't |
| 2:18.6 | discuss them until that happens. Can you explain their logic there a bit more? I don't even understand |
