0:34.5	It is bad case law for the police, but again,
0:37.7	it's heard on the court level, and then it was heard on,
0:41.4	I'm sorry, on municipal court level,
0:42.7	Superior Court level.
0:44.7	Appellate division agreed with Superior Court division,
0:47.8	and then it went to Supreme Court and they reversed,
0:50.3	which was interesting.
0:51.8	Not good for us, but not terrible. Just got to use your brains.
0:54.4	Anytime case law comes out, you just got to maneuver around a little bit.
