Welcome to the Boneyard with Steve Robertson. As always, I am your good friend and host Steve Robertson here on the magnificent Monday edition of the yard.

I hope things are well with you. Man, what a great weekend in Mississippi State sports.

Man, we've got so much to talk about. Mississippi State with a nice NFL draft.

Mississippi State with a huge sweep over Georgia. And congratulations to Coach

Van Studeman and the softball dogs sweeping the University of Missouri now with seven

conference wins. So certainly just a big weekend on campus all the way around. We'll get into

some of that. We'll talk about some other good things that are going on. It's a big week this week in Mississippi State baseball, not because there's a big schedule, but because of the fact there's a lot of stake this week as Mississippi State goes on the road to play Texas A&M. Let's say a Thursday, Friday, Saturday deal. Okay, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, we have had some road series, and people tend to forget this.

People say, well, you know, we've been so bad on the road.

That's not true.

Okay, we've been pretty good on the road when you consider that about the top,

probably the top half of this conference, you're going to lose probably 75% of those games on the road.

And Mississippi State takes a series at Georgia, I'm probably at Florida, at Tennessee,

and then you win the Neutrocyte games there in Frisco, Texas.

The state has been a pretty good road team.

Yes, it was a tough weekend in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

But let's not get, you know, let's not get sideways about that and kind of lose the side of reality there. Yeah, we had a rough weekend there, but this football team's been really, really good. We'll break that down. We'll break the draft down. Kind of prepare you for the week ahead. But first and foremost, let's thank our friends at Campus Booked. I got so many people that came to me this weekend said hey you know Steve I went by

campus bookmark this weekend because I heard about it on the bone yard and thank you for doing that

Stan Ray miss Kathy Brown and the lovely and talented Susie who runs the uh runs the show there

downstairs in the island in the uh the merchandising shop you can go check

all that out and go see for yourself the latest in maroon and white fashions the uh the sunday blacks

that's something that jake mangum has been really really uh harping and state doesn't lose at home on

sunday and his black jerseys i mean i've run the numbers on it they're like it's ridiculous
