Carl's the real deal.

He is trying to let all of us know that we're about to blow $13 billion in this fiscal year for illegal

alien health care. That is double the Gavin Newsom estimate. And it's, we got a massive budget

deficit. And a big percentage of it is this illegal alien health care cost. Let's get Carl on.

Hey, John. How you doing? And this is something that we told you was going to happen when Newsom came out and California Democrats said,
