Friday, December 19th. I just got the state's response to the appeal that Lori Daybell filed. The state's

response was submitted just a couple of days ago, December 17th. This is going to have to be a few

to break down the first section of the filing, and that is really the basic facts of the case

covering the crimes and all of the different motions with attorneys as well as Lori's competency.

Lori Noreen Vallow appeals from her judgment of conviction after a jury found her guilty of two counts of conspiracy to commit murder and grand theft,
